Tamara has over 25 years in senior management.  She began supporting, preparing, and writing government solicitations and proposals in 2009. The proposals and solicitations she has led have included domestic and international contracts valued up to $470 million.  Her success rate is notable and her ability to support the ongoing contract management and relationships is well regarded.

 

Additionally, as a management and human resource consultant she has directed Human Resources for small and medium sized companies.  Her diverse strategic skills have allowed her to manage projects from business start-ups, organizational development following acquisitions, and reorganization of existing companies.

 

Tamara completed her B.S. of Business and Management with emphasis on Change Management and an M.A in Management with an emphasis on Human Resources at the University of Redlands.  Other studies include International Trade and Business at the University of Cambridge, England.

Miranda is our proposal manager and writer, providing full life cycle proposal and project management support to ensure a concise, tailored, and effective response. She has developed and submitted proposals to a a range of federal government agencies including Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of the Army, Department of the Navy, Government Accountability Office (GAO), Department of Interior, Department of Agriculture (USDA), and Department of State. 

 

Miranda joined our team with seven years of experience as a Department of Defense Intelligence Analysis, providing research, writing, coordination, and subject matter expertise to government and military officials. She worked throughout Europe in roles supporting NATO and U.S. Government leadership.

 

Miranda holds a B.A. in Spanish from University of California, Riverside and a Master of International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego's School of Global Policy and Strategy. She has completed Shipley's training in Managing Federal Proposals and Writing Federal Proposals and is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
