The proposals and solicitations she has led have included domestic and international contracts valued up to $60 million. Additionally, as a management and human resource consultant she has directed Human Resources for small and medium sized companies. Her diverse strategic skills have allowed her to manage projects from business start-ups, organizational development following acquisitions, and reorganization of existing companies.
Tamara completed her B.S. of Business and Management with emphasis on Change Management and an M.A in Management with an emphasis on Human Resources at the University of Redlands. Other studies include International Trade and Business at the University of Cambridge, England.
